What is a Holter monitor ?
A holter monitor is a heart monitor that records your heart’s activity over twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If you experience heart palpitations or irregular heartbeat, but an EKG test cannot detect anything, a cardiac monitor can diagnose the problem. You can wear the holter monitor while you perform daily activities.
